Located in a small strip mall, off Route 27 (aka St. Georges Ave), you’ll find an unassuming pizzeria in Rahway, NJ. I know, Pizza in New Jersey, wow, that’s a sight to see. The truth of the matter is it’s not a work of art to look at. However, this just may be the Louvre of Lobster Bisque in New Jersey or the US for that matter.
On a chilly fall day, for less than $6, there may not be a better bowl of soup. Served in a big bowl with hot fresh bread, you’ll be amazed at what’s before you. Compliment Papa Vito about this bisque and he’ll waste no time telling you of all the chef’s that have visited his establishment asking for the recipe.
Although, I don’t think he’ll be giving away the recipe anytime soon.

Recommendations: The take-out portion is way larger than the the eat-in, so do hesitate to take home some as well.
Criteria: This review was based on taste and price. We’re quite sure there are other great tasting Lobster Bisque’s in NJ, however, when the price came into account, this is a winner.
